RNLI SOS DAY

Bennochy Parish Church has many special events throughout the year. Please check the Event Calendar, below, for forthcoming items.

RNLI SOS FUNDRAISING DAY - Friday 24 February from 2pm to 4pm in the Methven Hall

(A Charity registered in England and Wales 209603 and a Charity registered in Scotland SC 037736)

Senga Booth, with lots of help from friends in Bennochy Church, is holding the Annual Tea Afternoon - Sponges and Scones - in the Methven Hall from 2pm till 4pm on Friday 24 February for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution SOS Day.

As we all know, the RNLI receives no government funding and all lifeboats are crewed by volunteers who do a great job rescuing people around the coast of Britain. This work is usually done in very treacherous conditions. The waters around the Firth of Forth are very busy. Please come along and sample our scones or sponges (SOS). We will be delighted to see you. There will also be a Cake and Candy Stall. Tickets can be obtained in advance or on the door.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Kirkcaldy Branch of the RNLI.

Stained Glass Windows

The new Stained Glass Windows which commemorate the union of St. Andrew's and St. John's to form Bennochy Parish Church will be dedicated at a special service on Sunday 18th March at 3pm. You can read more about the new windows by clicking here ...

Celebrate and Discover Day

Kirkcaldy presbytery are holding a special Celebrate and Discover Day at Kirkcaldy High School on Saturday 24th March from 10am to 5pm. All Churches in the presbytery will be participating with exhibitions, workshops, musical events and band concerts. Bennochy Parish Church will be hosting an exhibition and offering workshops on the new Stained Glass Windows and Church Website.
